Thanks for all your support guys. My phone was out today for several hours, and is repaired now. The BBB Called, and I will have the chance to explain he did NO business with Apple Roof Cleaning.

But then, Joe Macomber knows that. Though tecnically I do "own" the forum, it has nothing at all to do with Apple Roof Cleaning.

LOL, IF it did, all you guys would ONLY use exactly what I use, no 12 volt pumps allowed

For someone like Joe Macomber of The Clean Up Group in Naples and Maine who supposedly sells Citra Shield Franchises for big bucks, and does all the big jobs he claims to do, why worry about 100.00 ?

 

 

 

 

This is one shady character and very disturbing that he would go crying to Mommy like that.

Could be he is losing alot of jobs to the RCIA way.

If youre a paying member the BBB will remove or resolve your case, even if the allegations were true. I filed a complaint against a mortgage broking company for charging me 7 points on an investment property 1day before the closing. I knew something was fishy when he kept stalling to close the loan, but he had me wait because he said the rates may drop. I trusted him. He initially gave me a good faith estimates which stated 0 points, so I expected 3, but never even heard of 7. I had to go with it or risk losing a $10k deposit. Theres more to the story, but the guy basically raped me. The BBB offered squat as far as resolution. Case resolved.

Good news. Make sure they expunge those records. It's been my experience that not all records are expunged immediately. When I worked(20 years+) in facility management(k-12 and higher education) I've seen  records by governing bodies that were not expunged on a timely basis. Just safeguard your interest.
