Check this out. Got one today and it is beyond a doubt the best nozzle I have ever owned. Spoke with the owner and his warranty will include SH usuage. He is ordering special SH resistant O rings and seals just for our use. Half a turn goes from off to full stream, with different patterns in between. He puts the name of your company on them also. They are somewhat pricy, but you will never need a new one. If you buy one, mention Gary from RCIA to ensure you get the warranty and extra O-rings for SH. No more ball valves or spray tips.
I have my concerns about it because it is made out of Stainless Steel
Stainless Steel is not Chlorine Proof, so it will require rinsing, but here is the problem.
I have used stainless nozzles in the past for cleaning roofs, and the chlorine acts like sandpaper on the orfices, turning a 3 gpm nozzle into a 5 gpm nozzle in a month or so of daily use.
I fear this is what will happen to this product. Tell him that Bronze is a LOT cheaper then stainless, and has the same chemical resistance.
Hastelloy (alloy c) is what he needs to make these out of, then they last forever.
OR, if the nozzle part is cheap enough to replace, who cares ?
Here's a techie question for Gary and Chris..... I use a pressure booster pump, 1/2 inch I/d hose, and a trigger gun for applying the love. Could I use something like this nozzle to help restrict my flow?
Sometimes 6-8 gpm is a little too much for roofs!

We soak in vinegar after every use, I need more magic lube. My sprayer keeps taking it home at night. Putting your name on a nozzle might be a little much.
I hooked this nozzle up to my 1/2" garden hose yesterday and it shot 57'. Regular pistol nozzle only shot 41'. Have not hooked it up to my roof system yet, but the regular pistol nozzle only shot 58'. Wonder how far this new one will shoot?? May be cleaning roofs from a lounge chair in the yard yet
Edit; I sent a email to the owner of this company about making them out of hasteloy metal. Waiting on reply. Will post.

Does your pump bypass back into your tank ?
To best control flow with a positive displacement pump like u use, it is best to use a pressure regulator on the output of the pump, and bypass the unneeded flow back into a tank.
excessively restricting your flow w/o a bypass can burn your pump up faster, because it is essentially sort of deadheading.
THIS is the advantage of an air diapraghm pump, no bypass is needed because the compressor bleeds the pump drive off when a certain pressure is reached.
I can use a 1/2 GPM nozzle to mist soffitts with no worries, or have nearly 15 gpm at the nozzle to really fly on big shingle roofs when we use a big nozzle.
Guys why are you buying tips, wands, guns, ect. Am i the only one?? After my first 6 months i gave up on nozzels tips ect. Im gonna hook everyone up. ill do it with video (i promiss ill ge my son to show me whats up.) my gun= $10 compleate. Last forever till you step on it lol.

PRISTINE ROOF CLEANING ATCO NEW JERSEY NON PRESSURE ROOF CLEANING SERVING ALL OF NJ,DE & PA 856-753-7576
Spoke to the owner last nite and he is in the process of pricing out nozzles made from hastelloy and also bronze. I'm sure he will come up with product that will fit anyone/everyone's budget in the near future. It is a quality product that is made here in the USA, just like things used to be. Will post info when I receive it.
Cleaned 2 roofs today with the new nozzle. It performed above expectations, and I'm really pleased with it. Shooting distance increased and the half turn from off to wide open is really nice. Got 2 more to clean tomorrow, so we'll try a few tricks and see what happens.
Day 2 of use with this nozzle was better than the first day. I am getting used to it and its features. Going from a bullet stream to a 5' wide fan with a slight turn of the nozzle is really cool. You can cover a lot of area quickly and still maintain/control the flow. I'm like a kid with a new toy.
