You know Joe, I have been looking back thru old posts when you were on here almost a year to the day. There was a LOT of questions asked and I don't really see where you provided any answers. When the topic got heated up, you left, and now you're back again. Do you have a change of heart and now want to provide some info? Hopefully that is the reason you are back. Just so you know, RCIA no longer tolerates members who's only objective is to start trouble and controveristy, or fan the flames on heated topics. If that is your purpose, say so now and I will gladly refund your money before this all starts again. Your choice, and I'm just trying to keep the peace. __________________

I posted this at the start of all this controversity, and after seeing what has transpired, I wish I had received more support from members. Water under the bridge.

I still feel very strongly that this needs to corrected, but banning will only increase the attacks on RCIA and our procedures thru other means. I really don't know what the proper action should include, but am open to any ideas.

You always have my support. I'm not the person to ask about who should be banned and who should not. But there has to be someone in charge with a firm hand. And if a ban evokes attacks on RCIA so be it, there are good members here ready to step up to the plate and defend RCIA. If nothing is done you have sent a message that is worst than any attack on RCIA and or procedures. And that message is that were weak and a bunch of pushovers! Warning does nothing, even little children can figure out at a young age which parent is the warning only parent and which parent is the punish-er. Someone needs to step up before this get out of control

If Moderator's dont want to be in the position of banning people then there need to be someone that can be impartial. All it would have taken is a warning and a mandatory follow-up phone call by Joe Mack or any other person that has acted up. In that phone call (would be better face to face) the message could be sent loud and clear, and that is if he want to ruffle feathers or act like an a#@, he will be asked to leave. Im a easy going person and I like to get along with everyone and be productive, but if this guy crosses me, watch out because his life will be a whole lot different. Messing with A&E business and his income is enough to buy this guy a chick-let sandwich ,so being banned is a a whole lot easier. Moderators need to be fair but hold there head high and walk with authority, walk lightly but carry a big stick..
