After reading some of the recent posts on this forum lately, I thought I should share the call I got today. A lady from Palmyra, Pa called me today inquiring about a roof cleaning and house wash. She was specificlly interested in what I was using for roof cleaning. She mentioned that she has called someone in Naples, FL just today and was told by them that you should never, ever use SH for the purpose of cleaning roofs because it would cause significant damage. I asked her what the product they were selling was and she told me it was Citra Shield and specifically mentioned The Clean Up Group. I checked my Statcounter and she located me from the certified roof cleaner location map. So, I am assuming she also found the Citra Shield MISINFORMATION from this forum too. WE (with the exception of 1) are all using the same method for cleaning roofs. I just don't think it is right to have someone on here who is clearly tying to benefit by selling his chit and devalue the methods for roof cleaning that the majority are using and have been very successful with. I get the whole green thing and I know that changes are inevitable but, I think we are far from outlawing SH! What happens to the water that my wife washes our whites in....its contaminated with bleach and yet it goes right into the sewer system of our local boro. Our kids swim in pools with chlorinated water....I could go on and on....I'm sure you get the point.

I was one of the first to welcome Joe to the forum when he first posted. Now I regret doing that. His sole intention is to sell his product/service, which to a certain degree I could understand. Having said that... his posts/actions have been counterproductive to our membership and he has alienated many of us.

I think we know where I stand. Joe gives a bad rap to the rcia and it members. Pretty soon I am going to be saying I use the A&E method, because no one is going to trust the rcia method when you have premium members BASHING YOUR OWN METHOD!
I spoke with the lady from Palmyra today also. No thanks to her $$$. Maybe Joe will drive to PA for the 800 or 900 bucks. We need to do something about the misinformation our potential customers are receiving from this forum.

That's what I am saying! Maybe his "dealer" in Philly will head to Palmyra to do the job....on second thought, he's already made 75K this week, why would he bother! LOL
And to think in 10 more posts, this guy can be certified?!?! Certifiable maybe.....
The roof is not Drivit. She was advised to not use SH at all on the roof or Drivit. Now who would have told her that? Go sell crazy somewhere else....we're all stocked up here!
So all of the years of building my web presence is being killed by a guy who has 89 posts putting down the techniques the RCIA has been about since the forum started?!?!
