Cleaned this Tallahassee home today in the Betton Neighborhood. Went from top to bottom...roof, exterior walls, concrete....pretty much everything on the property!

Roof has most likely outlasted its lifespan, but still it is important to make the home look as cosmetically appealing as possible, as its going on the market for sale. Got a call from Agent tonight, house went under contract!Buyers wanted to know if our THree year "Spray Wash Guarantee" on the roof cleaning was transferrable to the buyer....and it most certainly is. Funny part, houses are stacked up on the market here, but the listings I clean for agents seem to have a much shorter marketing time than most!
