Pat 2 years ago the dirty right side of that roof only had a fraction of the staining you see in the picture. She was an older woman and the lower portion was always staring her in the face when she walked through her door.

Ed, are you giving her a quote on just the right side? I would tell her that I need to do the entire roof because there is no doubt there is Gloecaspa Magma Algae all over the lower section and it will look like the upper section in no time.

I love giving those people to my competition. They always call me up and thank me for the headache. Some people arejust plain ignorant to accepting a professionals advice.
