Really the only thing that I should say is Holy Chit.

This was my third house in three days. My first house ever was just next door on Thursday and my second was on Friday.  My picture taking is really bad so no pictures of them. Took the pictures from too far away.

This house is a 75 year old abestos roof with some liken and moss etc.

We got about 1/2 way done with the house when I looked back at the garage that was done first. I saw the homeowner out there looking with amassment at her roof.  I was shocked at how quickly the roof came clean.

Still some residue left over but has I have read this will come off in time.

I thought that I was going to have to spray it 3 times. 50%-50%-20% solutions. I only did one at 50%.

I'm still in shocked!

Awesome roof cleaning job, keep up the good work!

I usually give the brown areas a light sprinkle and it goes away before we leave the job, that way there is no second guessing or coming back for free. Now you just need to get certified and on the map Will County is available.

It never hurts to hit areas a second or third time, better to use more chem now than have to get a phone call and have to go back.

Dont worry about getting certified. Concetrate on getting some experiance cleaning roofs and maybe after about 30 or 40 roofs then take the steps to get certified. As for the brown spots, i would lightly hit them again before you leave but they will come off with a couple of good rains. Best of luck to you and keep pluggin away.

Here`s a great tip regarding rinsing off, I use a high quality lawn sprinkler sit it on the ridge and whilst your getting on with something else it`s working, no hourly rate no workers comp no gobbing off etc etc

I personally like to go back over it to make sure its 100% clean.

"Your 3rd house in 3 days"... at the rate your going, you might have 30 or 40 roofs under your belt in just a few weeks?

It is nice to separate yourself from the rest of the roof cleaners by saying your CERTIFIED. A spot on the map will hopefully help customers find you easier and get you more leads in your area.

I always tell all of our potential customers there is only 2 CERTIFIED roof cleaners in Michigan.
