I just found out OSHA is cracking down hard in the area we do most of our business (14,000 pop). They got two roofing contractors and a plumber last week that I heard about. I know most of the ladder stuff. Anything in particular I should be worried about? Or if someone could point me where to find out what I need to know, I would appreciate it.

I washed this roof last week. After a good rain came over the weekend, I stopped by and see this under the chimney and other vent. Any idea what it would be? Should I hit it again?

This this wrap turned out ok? I didnt want to do to much as I dont know how long this ol van will last!
