Thanks guys, I finished Tractor Supply, but they want me to come back monthly and clean all of the windows. Lol I joined this board to be a rood cleaner and now I'm doing commercial windows. I love it. Spreading the love.

Dan way to go. Try and get the concrete as a monthly or bi weekly clean that will add to your revenue.

Just so everyone else knows, I was spraying the side of the building, my solution tripped into an electrical socket and it started smoking and then caught fire. I put the fire out, and spoke with the manager. He said "no big deal, the building is older than George Washington." He said "maybe we should call an electrician"

I had that happen at a house once. I ran around to the front door all in a panic telling the guy that it was on fire. He says...oh ok. and sloowwwwly strolls to the back yard and looks. Like it was just another day. He said an electrician just put the box in 5 days ago. I saw that it was installed inproperly. The electrician came the next day and fixed his screw up. Not like I point my pressure washer at outlets and blast them...lol Sceeert me. I thought I was burning down a house.

Whats Up Dave! I never pressure wash sides of buildings or houses with out duct taping the outlets first. I have been doing a lot of reading and want to do more of the soft wash cleaning for the side of houses and roofs. I have a 5850 for transfer type stuff like tank to tank.
