I think as long as you don't try to sell it, and just change the wording to model your company you will be alright. Most companies will not pursue copy right infringement unless somebody else is making a ton of money off the product.   JMHO

Yes, it is illeagle. I just don't think anybody is going to come after you. If they do, RCIA will send you a carepackage on your birthyday every year you are in prison.

Keep in mind that people can NOT copyright words or phrases unless they have designed them in a special way. Even then it is very hard to prove ownership.

Example-- Roof cleaning      softWash Soft Wash  Soft-Wash,etc.  those words and combinations have been around a long time. maybe a special font would change things, but doubtful??

Gary you see all the work i do. I love this industry i just hate when people have to lie and manipulate the truth to obtain business thats all. But i was just asking a question ( your not guilty of copyright infringement are you?) I just kidding with you or am I.

you say "totally altered" if there are enough changes to the document so that is no longer associated with the original piece. Then I belive it is ok.

I have been told by many advertising people, when you find something you like - use it, why try to reinvent the wheel?

Very few pieces are evey copyrighted, and if they are it will be on the item.

Lets put it all into perspective. I parked my truck to quote a great lead, 1.2 mil up in the mountains. Middle of no where. Left my lights on, now Im sitting here like a jack ass with no cables, no AAA. but at least I can get some relief with the RCIA .

Ask a kid living in $1 million + home to borrow jumper cables, and you'll get the same response as dog listening to a high pitched whistle.

Gary I hope you know I was kidding with you. Ed I always carry around a small Jumping station just incase I get stuck like you have. I also carry the cans of fix a flat? You know they inflate your tire back up even if a leak and seals it. This way I can always drive off and take care of it away from the customers home. And the fix a flat cans make sure you get the ones for the TRUCK tires. Also the valve has to be on the bottom { flat area } for it to work. I could see that rich kids face now......priceless!
