I just took a look at the before and after shingle and tile pictures.

Sure look great!

I DON'T WANT TO OFFEND WHOEVER OWNED THOSE PHOTOS-BUT

I don't know a lot about photography, but the after pictures look kind of fake-touched up. On the shake house, the house color seems to go from yellow to white and the door color is lighter too?

On the shingle house, I notcice the curtains in the window are not the same color as "before"? Knowing roof colors, it appears that this is a grayer roof than the "after" pitcure makes it appear to be?

On the Tile roof, again, knowing the colors of tile roofs in that range, the "after" picture looks far to light orange, compared to the "before"? Plus the fascia went from white to yellow?

We don't want homeowners looking at them and thinking we are trying to fake them out.

What we can do to a roof, without any touchup work, is fantastic enough.

That's just how I feel, others may not agree though?

I also may be wrong, it won't be a first for me in life!

I have never touched up a picture, but I do have a couple that came out looking unreal anyway-{attached}-but, they would only be seen "among" a group of my other, more realistic jobs in my posts.

These on our .org are all that are representing us?

We want potential customers to say "WOW" Not "I can see that these are photoshop touch ups"

I mean well and am not trying to ruffle anyones feathers at all.

I think you are right. It is real easy to doctor up pictures with photo editing, but a good untouched photo will speak volumes to homeowners

I doubt that is the only concern homeowners have, but if a picture speaks a thousand words... why not use authentic untouched photos?

Something tells me many of the companies on here have hundreds of really good pictures of every roof type!
