The funny thing is they convince people to do it...

For $5.000 dollars they give you an area and a concrete surface cleaner with 1 bucket of cleaner. The agreement you sign, locks you into buying X amount of cleaner from them a year, or else!

I want to post the video. I just dont understand the ramifications. Im not sure if the individual companies who buy into the roof poo poo are those that are creating static. I kind of feel bad if I out a small company who's just trying to make a livingn like we are.

Ed how do you go about treating the bad moss jobs? I got a few coming up.

Treat and let fall of naturally if walkable you can rinse but always charge accordingly. We have done jobs that were fully covered in moss and within 2-3 weeks more than 70% had fallen off.

I believe the steeper the roof the quicker the moss comes off, well that's what I tell the customer.
