if anybody's looking for a good read, "New Rules of Marketing & PR" is great ... a lot of it's for big business, but there's a ton of applicable information regarding internet marketing

This book is worth the money, halfway in to it, thanks for the recommendation. For a niche, service business, that is need of consumer market awareness, it is spot on, like roof soap all over a picture window.
