I've had trouble getting Joe Walters to call me back also, heck I've really had some poor customer service dealt to me from PWP over the last week also. I'm ready to shell out a grand for new equipment and I can't even get them to take my order. I was prewarned about them though. I vow to always make my customer service a top priority.

I may have to get a lot of stuff from pressuretek, I'm trying to set up an air pump setup in my box truck though. Maybe better off to just buy a pump off eBay and everything else from bob. Already have my compressor just need a good pump. Want to keep the 12v for pickup truck or for backup though. Thanks. Any help would be appreciated guys.

clyde had found a dealer in penns. i would look on ebay or just search all-flo and see what comes up.

Next time try bob from pressure tek. I order equipment on the website and within 2 days its at my doorstep.

I finally got in touch with Joe Walters and now awaiting a quote, I also plan on getting a quote from Kramer Warner. I didn't realize that my local insurance guys were so oblivious that a roof cleaner isn't a roofer, insurace was way too high. Thanks for the help Diamond Roof Cleaning and everyone else. And believe it or not I finally got in contact with Lori also, she is such a sweetheart on the phone and was very helpful in getting my order to be exaclty what I wanted. I still think it shouldn't have taken so long but I'm finally gonna be able to finish my box truck setup soon.

I'd already decided I wanted to go air pump with my box truck so I pretty much had to go the route I did. My other setup wasn't holding up to SH anyway but I didn't know any better til I found you guys. My pickup is gonna get outfitted with a new 12v system from pressuretek as soon as the weather breaks.
