I'm entertaining offers for a PR2 roof cleaning website.  Note that this could easily be a PR3 with minimal effort.  (I'll explain in detail to any serious potential buyers.)  It's currently Google Page 1, Result #3 organic for very competitive keywords in my market.  I'ts Google Page 1, Result number 1 for many 'landing pages'.  (I'll explain more to serious potential buyers)

Sure, you can build and optimize your own website but the Spring season is here. By changing some keywords to your location, you could easily be on page 1 of Google in most markets in 2-4 weeks, if that long. 

Serious potential buyers will be told the revenue that this site generated for me in 2011. 

There are a few markets that I will not sell to with the Northern VA/DC area being one.  (This is where my business is.)   i will not sell to the markets that a few close friends operate in either.

I'm gauging interest only at this time.  I'd consider a reasonable offer, otherwise I'll convert the site to another market for my own use.
