We were fortunate to have a pressure washing job yesterday in Harrisonburg and we noticed that our customer's gutters were filled with pine needles, and leaves!  We offered to clean her gutters and downspouts at a a fraction of the cost of competitors since we were already there onsite.  She was thrilled and we were happy to perform the work.  Do other folks use this potential upsell to better serve their customers?
