too early for flyers?

We put out 500 Sunday and got 2 estimates. 200 more yesterday and got 2 more estimates. Getting ready to head out tonight to drop another 4-500. Planning on 5000 for the month of February.

Wow - 5000! That's great Chris. Flyers or 'rock flyers'? This mild winter in our area is great eh? We did 3 roofs today, and sold 3 more. In February! Gotta love it.

I don't think it's ever to early, as long as you have the funds to float it. I am going to start around the end of this month.

Ya nice work guys, 5000 that's impressive. Farmers Almanac called for a mild wet winter, but there has to be a snow storm still coming. But nice work all around.

I have a lot of flyers left over from 2011. My flyers have a coupon epiration date of 12-30-11. I was thinking about just using them any way or include a slip of paper in the rock flyer stating valid 2012. What do you think?

I'm getting calls from real estate agents that are pushing roof cleaning, I think this mild weather is making the HO's move early.

Did a flyer in early December in So. Fl. There are a couple of neighborhoods that go heavy on decorating, was 0 for 400 replys. However have got 6 over all and 5 jobs. Of interest the homes that made an overkill on decorating never did clean their nasty looking driveways and sidewalks,go figure!
