The keyword phrase "roof cleaning Massachusetts"  is good but make sure and look for others.  I thought the same way as you and have always used the keyword phrase "roof cleaning Katy Tx" and "roof cleaning Houston Tx".  I was showing up high in the search results as you would expect.  But most people that found me on the web did not use that keyword phras...

What surprised me is when I looked in Google Webmaster Tools and found that people were not using those terms to find me.  Some examples of keyword phrases that Google Webmaster Tools showed me that people used to find me are:

"roof cleaning in tx", "roof cleaning houston tx", "roof cleaning sign texas", "cleaning tile roof mildew", "removing mold and mildew from pecans", "roof cleaning companies in houston tx", "katy memorial roof cleaning", "roof washing companies", "houston tx roof washing", "clean my roof in kingwood tx".
