Hail Storm in Katy/Houston Area
Permalink

On Monday January 9th a strom system passed through this area and dumped some much need raim.  We've been in a drought for 9 months and from what they say La Nina is sticking around so this summer is predicted to be dry also. With the rain a small area south of Katy recieved some damaging hail.  This will create a few reroofing calls and it's making it difficult to find time to clean roofs.  Kind of a good problem to have.

On a few calls for hail inspections, I haven't found hail but ended up selling a roof cleaning!

Hail is awful, something that does not affect us much in Mass. Unfortunately it breeds storm chasers as well.
Good job selling a roof cleaning after a hail storm lol.
