Have you tried defrosting it? lol Seriously though, the meat and potato's of that pump is the mechanism in the middle of the pump. (Black box area). Try shooting some wd -40 into the inlet side of the line. It's probably just stuck. If not the replacement part for the whole piece is only about $30.00
Ok guys I sprayed WD- 40 in my froze up All-Flo pump, yes everything is working, hose is good, hose reel swivel everything, thanks guys
you know any other time I would of thought of spraying WD- 40 in the pump, but this time I assumed the frozen water in the pump broke it, so It's the good thing I posted because I getting ready to swap it out a new one,

AH, go ahead and swap it out and just send me the old ,broken, froze up, worn out one and I'll dispose of it for you. Just trying to help out a friend. I'll even pay the shipping, just to show you what kind of guy I am.!!
Let me tell you those ALL-Flo pumps are indetructible, I was so pizzed off when my stuff was frozen up that I even beat the pump with a big wrench, I figured it was ruined any way, and I had a brand new one sitting on the shelf, the one that I won, ha ha

Want to see what its like to run with big dogs. About to buy a 17.5 cfm air compressor on one of my super deals, like my pressure washer. That ought to make it pump, huh??

Gary would you like to borrow it, to see if you like it?
That's what you want guys, a BIG Azz air compressor. Honestly, the Rigid's are marginal for any pump 1/2 or larger. Yes, I ran the 1/2 Yamada with a Rigid for years, but until I accidentally used a larger compressor, did not know what I was missing.
Stalling is MUCH less of a problem as well, now that we have a big compressor.
I run a 1 inch Wilden Hastelloy/Teflon pump with a 13hp Compressor, and it has NEVER ever stalled, ever.
What I'm buying is a gov't surplus Teledyne 2 stage air compressor & 60 gal tank. It is powered by a Teledyne 4 cylinder gas engine that develops 18 HP at 3600 RPM.. Electric start (24 volt). It produces 17.5 cfm at 175 psi. Runs smooth, no smoke, and pumps like crazy. All for a crazy price of $550.00. 25 miles from home so I'll pick it up next week.
