Cant fit all of my customer list on to (1) email

 I Have an existing customer list and I cant fit it all on (1) email.  It is and Aol account and it lets me click reply to all but as I look at the list it is missing almost half of them. I also want to make it and e-mail that cannot be returned, does anyone know how to do this? . I know the idea of not letting customers to return an email sounds wrong, but i have other motives for doing it this way. Thanks

I use Microsoft office and its email (Microsoft Outlook) is very flexible with tons of options.
