New web site - thoughts/suggestions/critiques please

Hey Ted, Site looks real nice the only thing I see is the top header I dont think the color green goes with your logo. But every thing else looks good.

Now that you mention it, it is kinda green, eh? I have my contrast too high (or low) and didn't notice until you mentioned it. I'll make a new banner tomorrow - thanks!

Web site looks great. Love that bucket truck, good that you show it in your home page. Cusomers must love it when you show up with that, and it lets them know you are serious! that bucket truck rocks.

Ted, I love it, very content rich and it flows well. Overall, AWESOME site. Here is one one critique, the home page leaves me a little cold, maybe at a before/after of a house to really impact what it is you do??? Just my $.02

Thanks Ray. I don't quite follow though, re your suggestion. Do you mean to be a bit more bold with the roof cleaning message? I appreciate it!!

No, I'm thinking a before and after pict of a roof/house on the home page. Just a little more "zing" to help reinforce your message of what you do to a very visual person such as me. Your before and after pics are so dramatic, i think having one of those on the home page will really grab attention.

Uh-oh.... Houston, we have a problem. You should be seeing scrolling before and after pics on the home page just under the banner. LOTS of 'em! Each one with a message to the left of them.

What browser (and version) are you using if you don't mind Ray? Then again, I may be able to determine that from here. (Try Chrome to see it if you'd like)

*update* looks like you're using Safari via your Ipad. I guess I need to look in to that. Arggggg. It's one thing after another it seems! LOL

**update #2** I just found this on the web so it 'must be true' - "WordPress is not a "touch interface" application. "

I'll look for a solution from a WP perspective, but if you want, there is a Wordpress App for the IPad to ensure you don't miss anything on all Wordpress sites. Once my mobile site is completed, it will be touch compatible, but very small.

If anyone else does not see the scrolling/spinning images just under the header of the homepage kindly let me know. Browser info and the type of device would be very beneficial too. Thanks!!

just went to site on my MAC using Safari and it worked!!!! LOOKS GREAT! You were correct, earlier I was in my Ipad.
