Our customer needed his flat tile roof cleaned asap,  the HOA sent him a compliance letter or face fines.  I also trained a new ground technician who has extensive experience in paver installation,sealing and repairs.

We were able to get his green flat tile roof and paver drive cleaned and ready for sealing. The pavers released quite a bit of red dye due to low grade bricks and will need to preserve the coloring by sealing them.His pool area will also need some paver repairs due to settling under the existing pavers

We threw in a few little touch ups on some areas that had algae build-up as a bonus. It took about 10 minutes to do and our homeowner was thrilled!
