I had 27 r oofs to clean in a housing project. 4/12 pitch, 40-50 degree temps,old roofs. I wanted speed. Mixed solution 40% with required amount of Roof Snot. I was pleased with the results and the mix actually seem To go further. We cleaned 19 roofs that day. Working with one pump and 200' hose we moved a lot . When I got home the Green Wash was on the porch. The next Day we tried a 30% solution with no Roof Snot and required amount of Green Wash. It cleaned well even at reduced solution but did not produce the soapy effect I wanted and I did need to touch some spots up that we're visible before I left the roof so it was working well. The ground man said It smells good! I needed speed so the next test batch we went 35% solution, I/2 the recommended amount of Roof Snot and the recommended amount of Green Wash. It worked Great! Did I save money? I don't know yet but I did use less SH. I have drums left over and that cost me money. I bought these prouducts from Russ at SouthSide. I'll buy from anybody that has a good deal and treats me good. This was a gamble and a test and I was very pleased with both.
