happy to announce I'll be working on a second rig this winter, as well as adding/upgrading my existing one, starting around 12/15 ... not sure if i'm gonna go all-flo or pentaflex, but plan to use the diagram's on pwp's website as a reference point.

i'm not the handiest guy in the world, nor do i have all the necessary tools, so i'll be renting some and will certainly post pics as i move along. gonna use a local welder for some things but planning to do everything else myself.

can't wait to pack it in for the winter & work on it in between snow storms.

gonna have a 1-2 man crew on my current one, mostly pw/commercial ... the new rig will be used mostly for roofs ... looking forward to a "fresh start"

A good size for residential is a 5.5x12' trailer. Easy to maneuver in tight spots. I've been working on this one for the last few months, about 80% done. Picked up a deal on one of Paul's duel pump systems which will be added to this trailer.

Mike, if you have any questions or need any help just holler.

Looks great, Guy! I think Mike and I both have the 5x8 trailer or something similar and I can tell you that we could sure sure 4 more feet! Looks great, what do you think, Mike?

Thanks Buddy!

I quickly found out that speed and volume are key in Residential work. This trailer is set up with (2) 8 gpm PW's 1 hot 1 cold. Basically a do anything set up. This should cut wash time by 30-40%.

Bought another one set up just like this one a few weeks ago but has a 14' trailer. That's about as long as I want in a trailer.

 It's metal renforced cor-plast. 1/4" SS bolts. Notice the framing in the second picture.

It was built to be "Eye Candy" and very functional. It's what I call "Being Visible". When people see this trailer, there is no doubt what we do. There's nothing like this in my area, so people will remember it. When they see my bandit signs or door hangers and then see the trucks and trailers, it all comes together.....Visible!

Why look like every other cat with a pressure washer out there?...black trailer, truck with no graphics....(No Disrespect To Those That Do)....Not Me!!!
