Need some computer software help for RCIA any volunteers??

We need someone who is great at typing or entering data into a program or transfering from a spreadsheet into an email program or similiar for mass mailings and updating memberships.

If anyone has any ideas of transfering info from a spreadsheet into these programs that info would be great also. Gary and I  know computers but not that savvy for some programs. 

Currently all premium members are recorded on a spreadsheet approx. 200.  this is a very unfriendly program and annoying as all heck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated biggrin

i'm not the most computer savvy person in the world but if the only thing that's required is time let me know. i average about 3 hours of sleep a night (as you can tell from my 3:45am posts) so i'd be more than willing to help out anyway possible.

of course the elephant will make things look prettier than me so if aesthetics are of major concern go with my man Dave!!!

I can't do it but the wife can. She has done it before but it has been a while. She will have her assistant do it tomorrow. PM me your numbers so she can call you and email it plus walk you through it so you will know how it was done.

I can probably help if you guys can't figure it out.. Most programs have an import/export option and are familiar with common programs like excel, etc..
