I had to give up on developing a website. I simply don't have the time between work, school, setting up a new business, rebuilding my old rig, building a new (soft wash) rig, family, etc. It just wasn't happening.
So... I came up with another solution. I have a license for some vB software I bought many moons ago. I figured I might as well put it to work. Hopefully, once I get it customized, it will become more than a website for ECRC; it will become our Customer Service Center. It's still in it's infancy, but now I have something to work with and customizing it isn't too bad. We also have a local gal (from the college) working on some graphics for us.
The link is in my sig, if you want to take a peek.
Any feedback at all would be greatly appreciated.
Finally, I feel like I needed to add this: In hindshght I realize that I should not have edited out the text of my prior post. I could have just taken the link off my Facebook page and left it at that. I happened to look at this post again today and I thought to myself; if that wasn't me, I'd think the guy who wrote that post already quit, and believe me, that's not me.
For some reason I can't add a link to my signature. Not by using the link button in the editor or coding an anchor tag in html.
Thanks for the heads-up on html. I never tried it because most forums won't allow the use of it.
You can still get to the link by highlighting it, then right click, then open in new tab. I don't know if that works in Internet Explorer - I use Firefox.
Edit: I got it to work. Can't say how in a public forum though.
