Caution - you can't doc your employees wages unless you have some major contracts signed, and even then, I doubt they'd stand up in court.

The Labor Laws are in effect, hence your employee being non-exempt (from the labor laws), unlike white collar employees who ARE exempt.

There are ways around this, albeit debatable.....

I took the color right out of an impatien a few months ago with just a little overspray! They definitely don't like Roof mix!

Japanese maples ain't real big fans of it either, I've seen them wilt up within 25 minutes from fumes.

First big job I ever did....roses got nuked..and of course they were not your average Home Depot Type roses. That was some definite "on the job experience"! It wasn't even roof mix, but a strong house wash.

Oleanders and Azelas are among the worst. Oleanders will grow in Beach Sand,and have no enemies except caterpillars, and roof mix! They will drop all leaves fast, if you aren't careful!

Azelas are another plant that can die fast if you don't know what u are doing. I have seen Azela Bushes die just from Yorkie pissing on them biggrin

Koi Ponds are always "Fun" too

Some Koi can be as expensive to kill as a custom made and finished wooden door yawn

With all the talk on plant damage maybe we should put this on the premium side so not to scare potential customers.
