(This is a preliminary announcement for the RCIA community. A formal press release is forthcoming.)
American-ProTech, Northern Virginia's Leading Roof Cleaning Company, is pleased to announce that we've expanded our service area. Effective immediately, we're offering professional roof cleaning in Maryland and Georgia. (This is in addition to our service area of Northern Virginia. )
Northern Virginia and Maryland Roof Cleaning Operations will be led by Ted Saunders. American-ProTech's service area will consist of the greater Washington DC area including VA and now MD suburbs.
Georgia Roof Cleaning Operations will be led by Michael (Mike) Hurtt. American-ProTech Georgia's service area will largely include the greater Atlanta area, although the team will travel as applicable.
@Gary - Mike has complete access to EVERYTHING (logos, forms, processes, collateral, proven closing strategies, website, 'secrets' etc, as he sees fit. He's mentioned a bucket truck, although that is ultimately his decision. It does run the start up costs up, at least for a good truck that has lots of life left in it. As far as a warm winter, I'm still thinkin' Savannah
@AC - I was house hunting in the Northern Atlanta suburbs not too many years ago, which is what caused me to investigate roof cleaning in the first place. GC was everywhere!!
If anyone near a major metro area would like to make 5 figures/mo PART TIME, with an insanely good OP, perhaps we should talk.. And we're just getting started.
Sounds cool Ted. Do you plan to spend quite a bit of time down there while you get it up and running? Let us know how it goes.
The possibility of duplicating the right systems in a larger-near by market sound great to me. Though the time away from home doesnt... Have to develop and prove those systems and max out where we are now before thinking like that.

Chris - the Atlanta market is Mike's baby. He's worked side by side with us and knows exactly how we operate though. He's a smart fella, and will do very well.
I've got my eyes on the DC suburb of MD, and I'm still considering expanding our service offering. I just don't like the price point of most additional services, hence we've been focused solely on roofs.
Way to go Ted! You might need to consider a Brinks truck to haul the deposits to the bank. Good luck and looking forward to meeting you at the NOVA meet.

Thanks for the encouraging words folks. Mike's phone is ringing in Georgia! American-ProTech Georgia has gone live.
Local marketing tactics are in play for now. Website optimization and capitalizing on the SEO of the other website(s) will largely take place during the winter months. In the mean time, I'll use the magic of the RCIA forum for a few Georgia Roof Cleaning promo posts.

I'm pleased and proud to announce that American-ProTech Georgia is stacking the jobs up! Under Mike's leadership, the sky is the limit for the greater Altanta Roof Cleaning Market!
