We do a lot of work with the County in our other business divisions. I just called the Facilities manager to let him know we have two new services including roof washing. He was excited on the roof washing and the first question out of his mouth was...Do you Do TPO Roofs. So...I've seen mention of asphalt, metal, tile, asbestos and shake...but no TPO.
Does anybody do TPO roofs? I'd assume the Love would not be applicable...though I could be wrong. I'd think a housewash would be a possibility?
I have done a number of them. TPO is Thermoplastic Olefin. A single-ply roof membrane. Basically a streached over piece of rubber. To learn how to clean them, you have to be a Premium Member!

I don't mind tile as long as it is flat tile or shallow b tile. Deep B Tile is a PITA you think it is clean from one point of view and then you see a spot where only one side is clean and you have climb back over to hit that spot then you notice another spot..

I just wish I could do at least 50% shingles. Tile, Tile, Tile, day after day is boring!
Ya, deep tile have to be cleaned almost sideways to get an even cleaning and that's usually sideways 2 times or more!
