The difference between our method and a pressure washer I've seen with my own eyes for the first time, Now!

The blue roof had moss on it too, washed that year n half ago.

Right next door a house was fixed up to flip. The roof was pressure washed, about 3 months ago. It accually looked good and kept an eye on it. Well this is 3 months later. A closer pic would show wand marks too! Some carpet guys were there and I showed him both roofs and asked him to pass my card up to the guy subbing the work out. His english wasnt that good.

EDIT: I could make a vid with this, have the owners of the roof I did just tell the truth! I'lll ask them this week!
