Thanks John. No, we did not use any ox on the concrete. We did however DS a mix of SH and detergents to ensure that we killed all the spores and to brighten the concrete a bit. This will ensure that it lasts a little longer.

Good job! I love going into a neighborhood at the right time, I did a tile roof in Kissimmee today and and sold 1 more and have 3 more bids out. I will get them I am sure, I have cleaned 76 roofs in that community since February.. It is my gated gold mine biggrin . I clean a roof and get a few more everytime. Small B Tile and they are not too dirty, just the next door neighbor sees us starting at 9 and finishing at 10 they forget all about that one guy who was pressure washing roofs in there and want it done right

I love these little HOA's too. Got a text from the president of one today asking me do wash his house and concrete as soon as possible because he sent out a letter to all the homeowners to call me and get theirs cleaned. We have been cleaning them all for the past 5-6 years. I do all their common areas as well. Nice little community in Clearwater FL, with 38 one and two story homes in it.
