OK, I thought I had this settled with David, but I guess not. I deleted his post with the nude woman in it for two reasons. First it violated rule # 3A of the forum rules. This rule was made after some member started posting links to porn sites. Is this what everyone wants? I also saw NO reverlance to anything to do with roof cleaning and saw NO useful purpose for the post.

Everyone knows as well as I do, things get out of hand real quickly on here. Allow this kind of post and tomorrow you have porn pictures or movies posted, or links to the same. You know its the truth!

And there has NOT been a big upswing of deleting posts. Got some examples you care to share? And what "powers to be" are you talking about?  There is NO powers to be, other than Chris.

Let it run wild and crazy and see where the membership goes.

most forums inevitably break down to basic human nature, much like 'Lord of the Flies'. LOL now everyone go do their homework!

But on a serious note, Garys right even if you don't see it now.  I've moderated a very rowdy board once and know things can get out of control sooooo fast that it destroys the one thing everyone once had in common.  We should be able to have fun and let loose to a certain degree.  After all we are here as perfessionals first most.  I use to bounce bars occasionally and theres a line where you let everyone enjoy themselves and a point you put the brakes on.  Moderating is tough, it can be touchy but better to err on the side of caution.

Kinda like the holiday office party when some start to go too far and everyone else joins in.

Monday mornin is a scary site, esp when some get called up to the big bosses office and next thing you know, two security guys are standing over you as you clean out your desk.

But I guess Gary has no sense of humor anymore. Or maybe we are supposed to post what only Gary sees as funny. I posted it in the Shade. Where things are to be more relaxed and off limits to children. It is really sad that a side view of a beautiful women is considered Porno. How up tight are you?

OK, I,m done with this stupid BS. If you think this is OK and everybody agrees with you, where is your support? One person, who has since changed their mind? If you re-read, I never said that pic was porno. I simply stated that that kind of post leads to porno, movies, etc.

And you don't have to "run " anything by me for approval, as your post states "in the shade". Try running it past Chris. If he agrees, then "so be it". Its his forum, and rules.l I just TRY and enforce them. (for what its worth).

I'll just go back to paying the bills and let this run on "auto-pilot".  (as the pilot announces over the intercom,, Please prepare for a CRASH LANDING. we have been taken over by unknown forces who have NO direction in mind. "please kiss your azz"s good-bye"  KA-BOOM

 As I stated in my last PM, I have made several posts on here about "reading comprehension, or the lack of it" while reading posts. I have NO control over how another person reacts to what they read. I'm really glad this "case???" is closed. Now if Mr. RAC would just go away, things could be peaceful again, til the next time
