Good thing these were pine needles and not oak leaves, took this picture to show how some homes get negleted and it had to take some time for this to grow. I have seen some worse than this before, but I finially took a picture of one.
The only thing that sucked was getting 90% percent of the needles off the pool enclosure and to make it easier they had a Coi pond in the pool enclosure you guys that have dealt with fish ponds before know how that could possibly turn out, 1 drop and you have a problem on your hands. The good news is we did not kill a single fish while we did chemically clean the enclosure. We made a really nice tent and covered it as well plus I bought a frabill plug in areator and no dead coi.

I know of at least 2 pond enthusiasts with Koi/Goldfish ponds that are active on this forum. If me or Gary (COF) LOL can ever be of help, just ask. Better to assume chlorine in the pond than to take chances, ie pre-treat. There's a place not far from me that sells some of their pedigreed koi for $2500-$5K. Dead serious. That can get spendy very quickly.
I got a sick feeling in my stomach whenI saw the pine needle covered pool cage. That is by far the thing I hate cleaning the most. I'd rather get my teeth pulled out. Just another reason why I'd love to go roof cleaning full time.
The tree was transplanted in one of my helpers yards so it is ok and is growing just fine. I got 90 % of the needles off and I tell the customer before they sign the contract that they all do not come off.

I don't get a sick feeling in my stomach when I see pine needles on a pool enclosure... I get a stiff neck and aching back and a little agrivated too. I call them crime needles. They are however easy to bag up out of gutters.
