Looks like it wash hit with a Power Washer

That is total bogus shit!Those shingles are the product of a manufacturing defect, I see them all the time here in Mi. and alot in Florida as well. Many roofs here in Mich have not even been cleaned ever and look exactly like his video. He should be sued for fabricating this crap. I can get tons of pics here in Mi. people have never even heard of roof cleaning in the north.
Certainteed and IKO all had class actions against them for defective shingles and I don't think it is over for them yet.
Here are some personal pics from Mi. and FL. showing the exact same roof condition.

The first few are from  Mi. one is us tearing off a roof that was defective granules just falling right off Randy,had piles of them running into the gutters, the homeowner got a whole $600 credit after 10 years on his roof.

Joking set aside, I thought those were the newer architectural shingles and was wondering what the heck could have caused the massive granular loss like that. Now I know.
