I'm very mush interested in this topic so let's just start a new one.
Congrats Clyde, hope it brings you good fortune.
I spoke to Joe a couple weeks ago and plan to have me and a couple of my guys take his course.
Are you getting a new truck or incorporating into an existing set up?
Mike, lol tomorrow will be the 7th day spending with Joe. I had the privlage of Joe staying at my house with no car rental. We spent days and nights working, and talking about all the different types of cleaning, including sales and marketing.
I hired Joe with the hope and desire to learn another market which will allow me to work all year around, I strongly believe with Joes training I will beable to do just that. I give Joe two thumbs up!

Joe has some great and proven marketing methods. I saw them in his truck/office.
I bet you will have a lot more work this Winter Clyde ?
The more I talk to people about Joe, the more I like what I hear. Once business slows down a little me and a couple of my crew members are gonna have him come out and show us the ropes ... the snow has gotten me through the past couple winters but i can't count on 4 ft storms every year, especially since one of my clients makes up about 90% of my revenue, without them I'm toast.
Has anybody invested in equipment from Sirocco or know how it compares to the competition?
I looked at a Ford e250 the other day, would this be the van of choice for this business?
Give me a call with any questions, I appreciate all the great words..........any questions about equipment give me a call, I have special deals not available ANYWHERE ELSE on Sirocco equipment, if you take my course of course, but hey, with some of the $$ you save by taking the course and buying at the course, helps to offset the course cost.
I am changing the course a bit, to more of MAKE MONEY ALL THE TIME course, not just an interior deal. My company makes money in so many different ways, and that is what I love to show.
Winter ---summer ---WHATEVER--- WHEREVER--- WHENEVER--- make money-- live well-- live strong----isn't that the ultimate goal?
PS.....will not have my cell back till tomorrow.......

I'm only posting this for Joe, because honestly I could care less if anyone desides to learn this trade or not. lol. Its like you see me eating a bag of cookies and you ask me if you can have one, I'm going to tell you no, because their no good so you wont want any lol
I hear from Joe everyother day if not everyday. Joe always takes my calls, and he always calls me as a friend too.
what bad reviews, did I miss something, or are you still referring to the guy that attended his course to learn how to clean grocery store coolers, or the other guy that came to learn how to clean residential floors lol. obviously that guy wasn't thinking because he should of went to a carpet cleaning course for that matter, at any rate neither one of those interest was in the course discription lol.
There is exterior cleaning and Interior cleaning, can you use your imagination? Interior pressure cleaning.
I had Joe teach me for a week, I have all the necessary equipment, I have done a few jobs experimenting around, for my self I will be cleaning kitchens in general, exaust systems, floors and what ever else.
I remember when Joe called me for the first time and we started talking, I listened and I said how much for the class. I said I will think about it and call you tomorrow, I called 5 minutes later and paid him, I thought to my self this is a no brainer. I was concerned I might miss out on a great opportunity.
I wanted to add, that I paid 2500.00 to got to Steve Stevens school, I paid the same to go to Professional wood restoration school, the same for Delco hood cleaning school, which at the time I honestly thought that was my worst investment, but now I'm starting to appreciate it.
but I think Joe's class as the potential of surpassing all of them, thats my gut feeling.

good to hear, have read a few negative reviews on some other boards, but was surprised because you and a couple others on this forum that i obviously consider credible sources have spoken so highly of him ... was just seeing if that was still the case
You might want to try reaching out to Joe himself for more information. I briefly spoke to him in August and he told me that he'd be in Philly and we'd get together. Long story short, we never hooked up and with the roof cleaning season going longer than I anticipated and the snow in Oct, I decided to put the "excursion" on hold for the time being.
excellent job Shawn, why any restaurant wouldn't pay to have that done at least once a year after seeing those before & after shots would be beyond me!!! That should answer your question Jim!!!

don't expect to see Joe back on these boards again, I knew this would happen, that's why I got my training in early lol. The training was right up my alley because I also have experience in Kitchen exhaust cleaning, so it was good for me.

that's awesome to hear you're staying busy with the restaurant cleaning Clyde ... gearing up for snow season but the interior cleaning is definitely something i'd be interested in pursuing down the road
when i mention "credible sources" i'm obviously referring to you & Shawn
if you don't mind me asking, what expenses are involved (equipment, license, insurance, etc).
Joe Crowder is expected to be in Wilmington, NC next Monday. Y'all can say what you want about him, but I have hired him to come to my town and consult with me about my business. I have looked at the individual who used to be known by his initials and also Bill Booz, but I want BANG for my bucks so I hired Joe Crowder. If he does not do a satisfactory job, I will feed him to the alligators who inhabit the Green Swamp (no affiliation to my family as we are too poor to purchase a swamp) if he does a good job, y'all will hear about it. BTW, I checked his references so I will more than likely not have to wake up hibernating alligators to dispose of his carcass, but I am a hard worker so, if necessary, I stand ready to do my duty.
Gary - A vacuum system is definitely needed for interior jobs. Also floor drains help tremendously. Putting a couple hundreds of gallons inside a restaurant is no big deal if you have the equipment and know how.
Mike - give me a call and I can talk more in depth with you, with whats involved concerning interior cleaning.
Clyde - Yes, Joe will no longer be on the boards due to different drama and issues concerning other members. If anyone wants to talk to Joe, give him a call.
