Landed a big job this week.

Been working on landing this job for about a month. The onwers of this community were very skeptical of have the roofs cleaned. They knew they looked bad, but still weren't sure about it. I told them I would do half of a roof over a garage so they could see the dif. After they seen what we could do for them, they were so excited. Not only did we get the roof cleaning job, they also want all the siding washed. This is going to be a big job....  And with all the other calls we are getting, I think I might have to put another truck together and on the road.  All this would not be possible wihtout all the help from you guys on here that support each other, and the help we give to one another.

Yes we are doing all of them. Washing the roofs and siding. The nice thing is they are working with us, giving us time to do them and other jobs we have.

I've also started targeting "communities" esp. gated communities for future bulk work.  If you can get a good "in" with either the owners, HOA, or a well respected member of the community you can do multiple homes in the same area per day.  Treasure coast did a subdivision and took areal photos with great results some weeks/months??? ago. 

 I have a very good and well known (pseudo-celebrity?-pushin it!) customer in a gated community that has pull on the enitire development that has many houses that can use our service.  I'm gonna set it up to do some houses in the spring that hopefully will get the HOA/owners to give me the go ahead to do all the affected homes.

High end homes that were built cheaply using crap building materials and prob limestone filler asphalt shingles.

communities like these are a good marketing source.
