OK where do I start? I'm in front of the computer now...
Some of us are brand new to roof cleaning, some of us got trailers or a unit on the back of our trucks, A very small amount of us are off the truck now and can be an entreprenure. (Thats where I wanna be!)
Some of us are below the radar and some of us are in it. I came home to find out the county getting on me NOW about the Ranger! lol!!! well it is what it is. Got a 30 day extension today.
DOT, OSHA, whatever, well. Counties (this only my opinion) are hurting for money. There hitting homeowners, everybody!!!! Trying to get some money. Bill said Florida DOT are NOW going after us!
So it is what it is. Got to be compliant. Yea its a bitch, Doesnt even really seem fair. The fines are high and can put you out of business. Makes you slower getting the job done, some of the things.
I'm NOT talking for Bill, at the course he will email you the info. If you didnt take the class, ask him real nice. Bill just wants to help.

Thanks for the link Chris. I'm not sure those are the acid/gas type, are they? Have you seen any lightweight masks for chlorine gas, etc? I haven't found them, and I'm not sure how well something light like that could work without being a tight fit. If you can smell the stuff, it's getting in.
The heavy rubber masks can be brutal in the hot temps, so something light that works would be great.
Can't argue with what works; that's for sure Tom. I have three of those and nothing gets past the rubber seals -- everything is filtered. I'm not sure the lighter ones can do that.
