Hi folks,

Another newbie here. Before I talk about myself(Henry "Hank" Timmermann) I would like to extend my appreciation to all of the veterans of the roof cleaning industry that have taken the time to post information that has helped me tremendously. Also, a debt of gratitude to all other newbies for listing information that I've been able to utilize.

For the last four years I've operated Hank's Property Services located in the beautiful Pocono (Stroudsburg) mountains of northeast PA. My primary focus has been in the lawn care industry. We (me,myself and I) provide full service to our existing customers. This year I wanted to start expanding the services we provide and after careful consideration I decided to offer roof cleaning to both our existing as well as to potential customers.

I've been reading the various topics on this site as well as others for a little over two years as a guest. As of yesterday I've become a premium member. I've already taken delivery of a Delevan Pump Kit from Pressure Tek, who was so helpful in my initial conversation with him. Shortly after taking delivery of the kit we secured four jobs almost immediately. I've attached some photos of my set up as well as before and after work. My apologies for the poor picture quality. Being an open minded individual I welcome any criticism (i.e. support) from the members.
