As I was talking to him about the cleaning on some of his commercial work I had mentioned that we do roof cleaning. And I do have the PDF that they put out but with a hard sell like this one the guy will read that its just temporary and he would then probably walk away. 

 

His jobs would land me some nice contracts.

Sorry if we rained on your parade. Just kinda seemed like you were going to waste time for the sake of convincing someone who didn't care. If the guy is a realtor I can see him not caring about extending the life of a roof. But it should be a no-brainer when it comes to eliminating the roof as a potential impediment to a closing. Can't tell you how many roofs I've cleaned because the realtor suggested. I'm surprised this guy is considered the "big realtor" in town.

If you are loaded with work, maybe forget him. If not, I say it may be worth the time to supply him with information?

You Bet! Heck in 60 or 70 hours of web browsing, you could save the $100.00 it costs to join RCIA!

And you could have 1/2 the information there is to be had, right here on the "Premium" side of RCIA.

I guess if you have no work and no $100.00 that's what you would have to do.

Of course, it may cost you hundreds, if some of the info you get off the "web" is dead wrong and lots of it is!

You should be able to tell him the information he needs to know on whats going on up there yourself, not handing him info on it that you got from some one else! Walk the walk and talk the talk! Also become a premium member instead of just taking info " that will get you tons of work "! No one has ever asked me for proof after I told them what was going on up there.......If I ever read this from you... I agree, if showing him before and after pictures doesn't convince him a property will sell more easily and giving him a decent explanation, you may as well forget it. Most all of the real estate places use me to prepare homes to sell.
