Chet, Jordan et al, we'll nail down a firm date as we get a little closer. It appears that earlier in the month of November will be best for some. It's great to see the interest already, as well as the offer to help Al.

Perhaps we'll formalize an agenda a bit more this year, and see if any experts care to host working sessions or lead discussions on specific topics.

I'm looking forward to it already!

I sure hope that you make it Brian. I'll work on the kitchen pass well in advance and stay the night as well this time. (Presuming the Warden OKs it LOL). I still recall our very late night conversation over 'adult beverages'. You were a wealth of information.

The Hotel last year looks a little bit on the fancy side for a bunch of rednecks pulling up in their work trucks. There has to be something more fitting around there.

I'd hoped to make some calls and firm it up by now David, but we've been goin' non-stop. I'm taking tomorrow off and should have everything firmed up by tomorrow evening. I have had a recomendation that we find a more cost effective place for those that will spend the night. I'll be looking in to that as well.

Looks like I'll need one more day to firm up the location. It's been suggested that a more cost effective location be considered for those that will be spending the night. The manager of the alternate place is not in until tomorrow, and only she can advise of groups rates and the rate for the conference center. The rate for the conference center will make/break the deal for this location.

What we DO know: November 12th, in Northern VA.
