Here we are Cleaning a Flat White Tile Roof in Tampa Florida

This woman in the Temple Terrace section of Tampa is a repeat customer of ours. She had a shingle roof we cleaned twice in the past. She had it replaced with this flat tile roof that got dirty after only 2 years. We like to use TSP on white or bare concrete tile roofs, it really makes them look nice. This woman does not use computers, but she told me "Chris, you can tell you really know what you are doing when you guys clean roofs"

She has no idea I teach roof cleaning to others. All she knows is she used me twice to clean her roof in Tampa in the past, and asked me to come and clean this new tile roof of hers. So, you can see me at her door, and in the roof cleaning truck.

 Thanks Chuck! All of our before and after roof cleaning pictures are taken when we leave the job. As you know, any roof cleaning looks much better, after a few good rains. This lady did an unusual thing, she had a shingle roof replaced with a tile roof, and a white one at that! Most people here in Tampa replace tile roofs with asphalt shingle roofs, because they cost much less. White Tile Roofs show any little imperfection, and we are perfection roof cleaners. This white tile roof in Tampa had the large tile faces. It took more then one application of the tile roof cleaning chemical to get it perfect. It has rained nearly every day here in Tampa, since we cleaned this tile roof. I bet it looks even better now!

I wish everyone would replace their tile roofs with shingles near me!

I clean way too many tile roofs and not near enough shingles!

I too take my before and after pictures on the spot. I have just 1 that I took the before picture and then went off and left my son to finish it and came back a few days later and got the after picture.

It was white tile. This is it-

 Chris you look good sitting in the passenger side as the helper, but I know your a back seat driver too, I bet you annoy the chit out of your son lol

 LOL, I am nervous when anyone else drives. Tampa is a dangerous place to drive in, lot's of in a hurry, rude drivers.

 LOL!!! I let 1 of my guys drive the big truck back from Tampa the other day with me as the passenger. I was freakin out!! Never Again.

 Tampa is a very mean place for drivers, and I have been to a lot of different places. Here in Tampa, if you do not turn left quickly enough when the light turns green, they will Lay on the horns, all the way through the intersection.  No beep beep, they just lay into their horns in Tampa to "punish you", even if you are a bunch of sun weary guys in a roof cleaning truck.
