BTW, just diong 1/2 the roof doesn't mean a $600 job becomes $300.
Actually treating the roof is a fraction of the job.
Marketing, selling, loading up, setting up, protecting and watering, clean up... all is in the price so a $600 job doing just 1/2 roof should still be around $450-500. Explain that to the customer as well as their house will stay clean for only 1/2 the time and you'll usually get the whole job.
In my area i have noticed the algae is only on the north side of houses. Can it spread over time, or am i just looking at one side cleaning jobs?
A have always been able to talk my customers into doing the job right. If you do 1/2 the algae will spread back quickly. As to your time, heck, in basicall no time at all you can clean the "clean lookin" side and use very little chemical.
It's a lose lose situation for you and the homeowner, doing portions of roofs.
