We "Soft Wash" Cleaned this tile roof on 194 Broadmoor Ln July 5th. We do it every 3-4 years. This lady lost her husband and is up in years, so I cleaned her roof for $220.00 even though it's been 5 years this time. I could afford to do that, because we also pressure wash the house, pool area & Driveway. So even with the "favor price" on the roof, I make enough to satisfy me.

I love my long time customers, like friends!

Roof turned out great Chuck! Same here my long time customers have become my friends and I enjoy doing work for them. Having your customers call you a friend and trust you is greater than the cleaning results of a job. Keep up the good work in Florida!

Here's a roof I did Tuesday in Port Charlotte Fl, on July 16th 2013. I did this roof myself and if you watch my shadow, I ran the video with one hand and the wand with the other! My son was pressure washing the house etc and wetting down the plants. Gutters were all around too.
