When you clean the roof properly, they are good for a couple of years. So your like the maytag repair man after a cleaning.

A lot of us do house washes and gutter cleaning to go along with the roof cleaning. If you do a good job they will call back every year or 2 for repeat cleanings.

Once you do a great job you are the go 2 guy to get other things taken care of. Always remember if you don't break down all of your services then they won't ask you to clean other things. Out of sight out of mind!
