 Thanks! Sun City Center is a retirement planned community south of Tampa, near Ruskin, Florida.  There are many flat out roof cleaning crooks who prey on the nice elderly folks who live in Sun City. These roof cleaning scam artists are mainly pressure cleaners, who offer the initial roof cleaning really cheap, so they can come back every 6 month and "treat" the roof. Our roof cleanings here in the Tampa area will stay clean 2 years w/o any treatments, on most shingle roofs.

We actually got a lot of roof cleaning work from some of the people in Sun City and Ruskin who attend this Church. We always take the extra time to do a quality job, and it pays off. As can be seen, we used a LOT of surfactant to get our roof cleaning chemical to cling long enough to this near vertical roof surface to clean it. The grass in this Church and much of Sun City is what is called Bermuda Grass. it is easy to maintain because it grows slow, but it will flat DIE if there is any excessive run off from the roof cleaning chemicals. The key is controlling run off when faced with this type of grass.

LOL, when the rain hit all this surfactant, the gutters started blowing bubbles

 It was very HOT that day, so we waited about 1/2 an hour to rehydrate with water.
