Service Contract/Agreement - is there something downloadable?

I joined the Premium Membership as you all recommended (and glad I did.  A lot of info).  I'm wondering if you guys present your customers w/ service agreement or        contract, to cover our behinds as well as our customers.  Is there a standard agreement for the industry and can I get my hands on a copy or a download?

Hey there Judd, glad you joined! I am sorry to say I don't use a signed contract, I give a written estimate and I cover my end with my word. I know it's not very smart,maybe next year I will come up with somthing. I remember seeing some type of contract on here awhile ago...try the search button.
