There is a button you can install on your site with a little bit of code. It allows people without a PayPal account to just put in their credit card info and pay for their roof/house wash.

I have the 'button' to accept Payment via Paypal and credit cards, however it is my Paypal user name that they see, not the company name.

However; when clients pay that way, there is a summary statement that reads  "For roof cleaning services already rendered".  I see the same when the make payment.

This does not occur when someone just sends me money via Paypal to my email address.  It doesn't answer your question though - sorry.

PayPal Rate Negotiation:

When you have used PayPal for a while, ask for a drop in fees.  If you take in enough for a couple months in a row, they will lower it.

It is VERY DIFFICULT to actually get a live person on the phone when you deal with them, though.
