JUst wanted to point out the need for really good before & after photos. Remember to go back to your property after a few rain showers and take another series of "after" photos to make your portfolio really POP.

First phots is the "Before", second is the 'after" third photo is a month after the project was completed. Going back and taking a photo after a month of rain rinses really gives you a great picture, much better than the original after picture.
