Seem to be getting more calls for siding than roofs.  With that said I have two questions.

 

1.  How do you guys price a house?  I have been guestamating the amount of time and then charging at $125 per hour needed.

 

2.  Not a big fan of using SH as watering and covering plants is a pain in the butt.  If I am doing a 2,000 sq foot house I would normally use about 40 gallons.  Mixed to 10% SH and put in about 50oz of Dawn.  Does that sound about right to you.  Also water plants before starting, tarp them, and rinse again when done.

Easy on the Dawn, especially in the heat. Better to use less than more. Rinse the hell out of the windows.

2) I mix 2-3 gals SH to 30-40 gals water about 16 oz of dawn sometimes less if there is alot of windows.

 I use exactly the same,except i use ammox and very little maybe 4-6 oz per 40 gallon,

As I got faster, I stopped figuring by the hour.  I don't do a house for less than $200.00 (Drive Included) and up from there.

As for the plants, I rarely cover.  A few exceptions where the plants are fragile and the mix is extra strong.
